Ok, so finally I’ve managed to do some quick analysis for the month of April09. One more thing, because the size of the actual profit/Loss is determined by the size of the trading lot (which I messed up in early April) I’ve decided to give the results in pip terms. (The number of points in profit or loss) and here’s what happened in April 09.

FapTurbo and Forex-Megadroid combined made a total profit of 352 pips in April. Digging down deeper, this is what I found.

FapTurbo made a profit of 266 pips whereas Forex-Megadroid made a profit of 86 pips. The winning % was 76.47% (52 out of 69)for FapTurbo and an Impressive 100% (10 out of 10)for Forex-Megadroid.

For FapTurbo, the major looser has been the usd-cad pair. So I am actually thinking of not using the FAPTurbo for that pair. I’ll keep an eye for the pair this month before coming to a conclusion.

24April09-A Big Lesson in Money Management

Hi there and apologies for the delay in updating my blog this time. A lots been happening in my life. This week is the biggest lesson I’ve learnt and I could share with you and its to do with money management.

The way FAPTurbo works is its got a profit target of 140 pips and a stoploss of 500 pips. Now that’s going against anything that a expert would tell you, however, thats the way FAPTurbo works and so far it seems to be working.

After the first couple of winning trades, I became greedy and increased the lot size from .01 to 0.1. FAPTurbo bought euro at 1.3286 as the original trade with stop loss at 1.2783 and a target at 1.3426. The market went down upto 1.2885 and then is currently bouncing back again. Lets see if the target is hit. Currently as I am typing this, its sitting at 1.3236. Now because I had increased the lot size to 0.1, as the market went down and because of the size of my account, I ran out of equity and my trades were closed. Fortunately I still had around $130 in the account and I changed the lot size back to .01 and since been have had winning trades.

Forex-Megadroid is again low on the frequency, however it still maintains 100% profitable result which I think is impressive. Slow and steady is the way to go with Forex-Megadroid.

So although FAPTurbo hasn’t had a loosing trade, because of my poor money management, the account is running at a loss. The good news is that the lesson is learnt. I should also get my $500 bonus because of the number of trades that both FAPTurbo and Forex-Megadroid have been having. (The Broker I’m using gives upto $500 bonus if you do a certain number of trades in like the first couple of months, which should be easy with the two Robots).

16 Apr09-Anxious Times with FapTurbo – Trading Result sheet.

Hello and Sorry for not posting for the last two days. However, I have good news and bad news. The good news is that the robots are making some good winning trades. Forex-Megadroid is still 100% in profit, however, its profit are very very small. FAPTurbo made a good two trades of 140 pips each. However, since my lot size was only .01, the profit in dollar terms was only $14 each. Not bad if you look at the percentage. FAPTurbo made a lot of scalping trading as well. Most of them winners.

However, after the winning trade of 140 pips, greed crept in and I increased the lot size to 0.1. Since then its had two more winning trades and entered in two more trades which are running at a big loss at the moment. Check out the result. Mind you the loss is only a floating loss at the moment and these are the anxious moments and testing time – emotionally and also the faith in the robot that I need to demostrate.

So its a waiting game for now.

13 April 2009. FAPTurbo Rules

Ok so here I am back after Easter. Had a busy weekend. However have good news today. The two trades FAPTurbo did have both been winners. A clear profit of 140 pips in both of them. Not only that it also took two more trades after that and both are currently in profit by nearly 70 odd pips each as I write. I had also increased the lot size settings in FAPTurbo to 0.1 instead of 0.01, so if this is a winner like last time, expect some good increase in my account size. No Trades so far from Forex-Megadroid.

10th April –FAPTurbo vs Forex Megadroid-which is better?

FAPTurbo Finally took the long term trade – two of them. Going long Eur-Usd and while I am writing this is already in profit by 25 and 27 pips respectively. I noticed that with my demo account it used to take a lot size of 0.1 whereas in the live account its taking a lot size of 0.01 and hence small profit size. I think its to do with the account size. No Trade today by Forex-Megadroid.

A day of full of activity, relatively speaking today, where FAPTurbo made three trades and two of them winner whereas Forex Megadroid made two trades, both winner. I am quite impressed with Forex Megadroid in terms of winning trades - a 100% result. The only downside is not big profits.

I am waiting for FAPTurbo to make a trade on EUR-USD because thats where it uses its long term strategy. I remember from my demo account, it made two consecutive winners of $140 each and was on its way to making another $140 on the third trade before my demo account expired. Now that would be something worth looking ahead for. (the profit that is not the expiring of the account :))

Ok now that the Demo account is out of the way. Lets talk about the live account. I'll upload the results on a weekly basis. So here is the result upto today. To distinguish the trades taken by Forex Megadroid from those of FAPTurbo, I've marked the Forex Megadroid trades in red.

Just a note, I am posting this blogs everynight as per NZ time which is GMT + 11. Also the trade time shown in here are GMT+2. So some trade time and date might be behind by 1 day than my blogging date.

Ok, Finally managed to figure out how I can upload my trading account statements. So here it comes. The first one is that of Demo account which FAPTurbo converted from $500 to $908.8.

Today Forex-Megadroid had one trade. A very small one, however profitable one. Whereas FAPTurbo had three trades, two in small profit and one in bigger loss, overall returning a net loss. Thats the thing I've noticed about FAPTurbo that it does only small profitable trades however does bigger loss trades.

So even today, the winner is Forex Megadroid. Its too early to say however I am wondering with such small profits, how is it going to double my account size in one month which is what atleast FAPTurbo is claiming. Well, I guess, we'll find out.

FAP Turbo & Forex MegaDroid. Real Account Live Trading Results

I have been reading a lot about forex robot and how everyone claims them to be successful. Most of the results claimed are either based on back testing and/or demo account which not necessarily replicate the live trading environment.

After reading through a lot of posts at various forums, blogs and websites, I felt that there is a need to put all the claims to real test and see how they perform.

There is other thing I want to be upfront about straightaway and that is the purpose of this blog is twofold. Firstly, as I said above I wish to give some real trading results about Forex Robots - I've selected two - FAPTurbo and Forex Megadroid - the much hyped Robots on the market at the moment. By sharing the results I want to hopefully give some guidance to someone like yourself who are looking at investing in some good system but is confused and not sure about what to believe and what to not.

The second purpose of this blog is that I have a self interest in it. I am risking my own real money on live account and would like to get rewarded for the risk. If this Robots are indeed working and make good return and if you do decide to buy those robots,I would like that you use the link on this blog as that way I'll get commission on the sales. I promise to make honest statements and back it up with copies of the trading statement. I'll update this blog every day and post the trading statement every week once the market closes.

I think thats a fair proposition.

Now the details about me and my Live Forex Account. My name is Pragnesh and I am based in Wellington, NewZealand. I've been trading Forex on and off since last 1.5 years. I've opened up a live account with FXDD (recommended by FAPTurbo) who use Metatrader by depositing USD 500.00.

Also a bit of background. I had bought FAPTurbo sometime in January and tested it on a demo account of $500. In roughly 30 days, the account grew to $908.00. Pretty Impressive huh!!

So I started with a live account after going through hips of formality and document scanning and email etc. The account was opened on 27 March 2009.

Anyway, loaded FAPTurbo and anxiously waited for the first trade. Alas, nothing happened for the first three days and I noticed that the spreads for the currency pair on which FAPTurbo operates were set quite high during offpeak GMT time, which is when FAPTurbo operates. So I increased the allowable spread settings on the FAPTurbo, which is when it made the first two trades. Both loser.

At this point I came across Forex Megadroid and bought it as well. Loaded it on the Metatrader. Immediately had three trades with it and guess what all three were winner.

So the first week belongs to Megadroid. A 100% success rate with a profit of $3.68, whereas FAPTurbo making a loss of $10.42.

I am trying to figure out how to upload the .htm or .pdf file on this blog. Any help would be appreciated.I have the trading result in those formats.
